The law firm FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY assisted CHAMATEX GROUP in the context of the acquisition of the MOONDREAM group. This acquisition allows CHAMATEX GROUP to majority own the MOONDREAM group alongside the investment fund CASRA CAPITAL.
Created in 1980, the CHAMATEX group is a leading textile player. The group has global control over the entire value chain: research & development and style, textile manufacturing, modern assembly and manufacturing, logistics and distribution.
Currently, the CHAMATEX group has around 320 employees and exceeds 50 million euros in consolidated turnover with the acquisition of the MOONDREAM group.
This acquisition, after that of ROCLE in 2019, allows CHAMATEX GROUP to become the French leader in the market for technical and decorative curtains and sheers and to support MOONDREAM in its development with the aim of strengthening the position of MOONDREAM and ROCLE on the market for curtains and sheers in France and internationally.
