Jean-Victor MICHEL

Biography

Jean-Victor Michel assists managers, companies, investment funds and family offices in the context of national and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and capital incentives for managers.

I work mainly in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. I advise private equity funds, family offices as well as managers in the context of LBOs, development capital or venture capital transactions.

I also assist French and foreign industrial or service groups in connection with their acquisition or sale of assets in France.

Over the years, I have developed a pragmatic approach in order to understand legal issues by integrating the financial, economic and operational considerations inherent to the transactions monitored, and always with the aim of effective, transparent and human collaboration with my interlocutors.
