Biography

More than 30 years ago, I joined the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Strategic Operations Department.

Through a clientele made up mainly of managers, investment funds, start-ups, start-ups, SMEs and ETI, in the various branches of activity of the economy, my recognized expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital allows me, with my teams, to support our clients in their strategic operations.

The main interest of my activity lies in the need to understand legal issues by integrating the financial, economic and human aspects inherent to the transactions monitored.

Particularly interested in the transfer of SMEs to family capital, I was led to develop expertise in the organization of governance in this context.

• Member of the APIA association,
• Teaching: intervention at the École des Avocats, at the University of Law of Lyon III, at the Center for Business Development (CPA),
• Facilitation of conferences on the theme of business, strengthening its own funds and transmission,
• Participation in the drafting of the “Guide to European Company Law” (Editions Sweet & Maxwell), a guide on opening capital (MEDEF), on LBO techniques (Lyon Place Financière et Tertiaire) as well as on the Shareholders' Agreement (APIA).
