Marguerite SENARD

Biography

Marguerite Senard works in intellectual property. She assists her clients in the protection, valuation and defense of their intellectual property rights, including brands, patents, copyrights and new technologies.

Thanks to her training in new technology law and general private law, she provides in-depth knowledge on legal issues related to innovation, digital technology and intangible creations. She assists her clients in securing their intangible assets, both in advice and in litigation.
