Sébastien ARDILLIER

Biography

A lawyer specialized in Labor Law, Social Security Law and Social Protection Law, I was sworn in 2000, first at the Paris Bar, then at the Lyon Bar. After working as a partner at Fromont Briens, I joined the firm in 2019 to head the Employment Law Department.

A graduate of Paris XIII University in employment law and HR management and holder of a certificate of specialization in Labor Law, Social Security and Social Protection, I joined the firm in 2019 to head the employment law department after having worked as a partner at Fromont Briens.

I assist my clients in advice and litigation in France and internationally on all subjects related to social law.

In this context, my objective and that of my team is to be creative and responsive to provide them with personalized solutions both on the individual and collective aspects of the material.
