FBL Avocats advised Aalberts N.V. on the sale of METALIS Group to LEMAN INDUSTRIE Group.
This strategic transaction allows Aalberts N.V. to rebalance its European portfolio in the building and industrial sectors, consolidate its leadership position, and better align with global trends such as urbanization, technological acceleration, reshoring, and decarbonization.
It also paves the way for the creation of a leading industrial player in France specializing in metal-plastic and mechatronics, with a presence in 10 countries and a workforce of over 2,000 employees.
