Pierre NIEUWYAER

Biography

Working between Lyon and Paris, I assist our French and foreign clients mainly in the fields of technology, innovation and green industry, both in advice and in litigation.

I am particularly interested in the impact of digital transformation and technologies on our society and in the issues and challenges that digital technology implies. I also enjoy immersing myself in the innovations and projects of my clients, working in teams with partners from various backgrounds and backgrounds (CPI, engineers, DSI, DPO, etc.), in a discipline strongly influenced by European law and open to the world.

My practice leads me to assist our clients on all their intellectual property issues, and more particularly in patent law (counterfeiting, technology transfers, R&D, etc.) as well as in matters of trade secrets. I also work in digital law (software, digital projects, projects, digital projects, platforms, platforms, AI, internet) and in data law (personal data/RGPD/DPO compliance, open data, etc.).
