Biography

Charles Solari works in civil and commercial leases, as well as in general commercial litigation and business law. He assists lessors and lessees in managing and securing their rental relationships, taking care to anticipate legal risks and to defend their interests in the event of litigation.

Thanks to his extensive training in real estate law and private judicial law, he has a rigorous and pragmatic approach to contractual and litigation issues related to leases and commercial relationships.
