Biography

After sixteen years spent in the Competition and Regulation team at Freshfields, I joined the firm in January 2022 to lead the Competition, Distribution and Regulatory department.

My practice covers:

• competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position and concentrations);
• commercial contracts;
• data protection law, DMA, DSA, AI;
• practices that restrict competition (unrequited advantage, sudden termination, significant imbalance, etc.), unfair practices, misleading competition;
• the control of foreign investments;
• European law;
• regulatory and compliance.

I advise all types of companies ranging from start-ups to international groups, operating in a wide variety of sectors. I work both in advice and in litigation, before the courts or with French and European authorities (Autorité de la Concurrence, CNIL, European Commission).

I am committed to providing pragmatic and tailor-made solutions to meet the specific challenges of my customers.
