Pauline KLEIN

Biography

Pauline Klein joined the firm in 2022. She mainly practices in competition, distribution and digital law. She assists companies and economic actors in securing their commercial and contractual practices, both in advice and in litigation.

Pauline has in-depth knowledge of issues related to anticompetitive practices, merger control, foreign investment control and the regulation of commercial relationships. In addition, Pauline assists clients on legal issues related to digital technology: platforms, unfair online practices, supervision of scoring or targeting practices, compliance with economic law rules in the digital environment.

She also has expertise in deceptive practices, unfair competition and commercial litigation, intervening in particular in disputes between economic partners (termination of established commercial relationships, parasitism, disorganization, etc.).
