Private contracts for public procurement: the chiaroscuros of a legal regime after the reform of public procurement

Contracts awarded by private purchasers of public procurement are now fully subject to the Public Procurement Code. This apparent unity of texts applicable to private and public purchasers masks numerous differences between the two categories of contracts in the rules applicable when they are awarded, but especially in their execution and litigation regime.
