ZELUP, an innovative company that has developed with the Paris Fire Brigade an innovative fire hose that consumes five times less water than traditional tools, was sold by all its shareholders to the LEADER Group, a Norman manufacturer of fire-fighting and rescue equipment.
This operation, during which Thomas Issler, director-founder of ZELUP, takes a minority stake in the LEADER Group's capital, allows the latter to strengthen its product range and position it at the forefront of CSR innovation.
