Mathias VUILLERMET

Biography

I started my career at the Firm as a collaborator of Mr Bâtonnier Philippe GENIN, who was then in charge of the department that I now manage.

I became a partner in the Firm in 2011 and then took over the department in 2022.

I assist my clients — mainly company managers, SMEs and ETIs in the Rhône-Alpes region — with pre-litigation and litigation issues affecting all areas of Business Law, and more especially during financial and equity litigation (asset sales, liability guarantees, guarantees, conflicts between partners, dismissal of managers, etc.).

I prefer a pragmatic approach to the conflicts submitted to me by using litigation as a negotiation weapon allowing — if possible — to reach a quick and balanced amicable solution.

I have also acquired a strong experience in the field of companies in difficulty (Restructuring), where I support my clients in the context of preventive procedures (ad hoc mandate, conciliation), collective proceedings or during transfer plans and related litigation.
