I assist clients in alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration. These are solutions that we strongly recommend in view of the congestion of our civil and commercial jurisdictions. It allows each of the parties to put an end to their dispute, in a confidential manner, and sometimes even in certain cases even to re-engage in a new commercial relationship. For me, trial should remain the ultimate solution.
In the context of technical real estate disputes that are entrusted to us by our clients, I believe in the effectiveness of collective work; this is why I always work as a team, in close collaboration with managers, lawyers and technical stakeholders. I was able to experience the fact that if everyone brings their skills, the work is always of high quality.
