Misha RAZNATOVICH

Biography

I joined the Firm in 2005 after having had professional experiences in the field of financial law with the legal departments of major financial institutions, as well as in the field of corporate law in leading Parisian law firms.

A lawyer at the Paris Bar, I lead the Paris team in the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Strategic Operations department and regularly work alongside investment funds, SMEs and start-ups, both French and foreign, in these transactions.

Recognized for my expertise in dealing with international cases, with French and Serbian culture, I have developed significant experience in venture and growth capital with VC investment funds on the one hand, and start-ups on the other hand, by focusing on an approach Business friendly and the quality of relationships with the various actors involved in the operations carried out.

The experience acquired over many years in negotiating complex legal structures allows me to deal with cases efficiently in order to obtain the most satisfactory result in the interests of the client.

• Graduated from the Master in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC
• Master's degree in international business law from the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne)
