The company AN GROUP completed the acquisition of around 85% of the shares ofUtopias owned by its founder, Elisabeth LAVILLE, who joined the purchaser's lead holding company.
With this union, Utopies and AN Groupe, through its subsidiary Alter Nego, will form a powerful new entity with nearly 15 million euros in revenue, which reinforces Utopies' position as a leader in the CSR consulting market. This will also make it possible to strengthen AN Groupe's expertise in this field and to offer a complete range of services, ranging from pure CSR training to training in cultural change and conflict management.
Through this new intervention alongside AN GROUPE, FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY reinforces its position as a leading player in this dynamic and innovative sector that is that of corporate social responsibility.
