Marie-Agnes DELUCENAY
Avocat Counsel

Biography

Counsel lawyer since 2023, I have been in charge of the development of the Employment Law Department in our Paris office.

With more than 15 years of experience in the field of consulting and defending companies, I have acquired a rigorous practice with French and international clients.

My expertise is complemented by a career in “full service” law firms, and a collaboration of three years within a firm at the Council of State and the Court of Cassation.

I support employers (SMEs and groups of more than 1000 employees) on all their social law issues (labor law, social security law, complementary social protection).

I have a particular interest in providing daily advice to operational staff who are dealing with social law, its complexities and its continuous transformations.

For me, social law must accompany the growth of the company. Constraints need to be transformed into strengths and opportunities.
