Laura DEMARAIS

Biography

Laura Demarais assists managers, companies, investment funds and family offices in the context of national and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and capital incentives for managers.

Thanks to her DJCE and her Master II in Corporate Engineering, she has knowledge and a transversal approach allowing her to offer comprehensive support in the context of equity transactions and more generally in all transactions relating to company law.
