FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY alongside ORIXHA as part of the investment made by the EIC FUND and BPIFRANCE

The law firm FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY advised and supported ORIXHA in connection with the investment of around 4 million euros made by the European Innovation Council Fund, the French Tech Seed fund, managed on behalf of the State by Bpifrance as part of France 2030, and the company's historical partners, as part of the logical continuation of the selection of ORIXHA by the EIC Accelerator of the project LuncoLive at the end of 2022.

Orixha is a DeepTech University Start-Up Company, focused on the clinical and industrial development of total liquid ventilation medical devices. With a proof of concept and know-how that is unique in the world, Orixha is now looking forward to the clinical validation of LuncoLive technology and the regulatory and industrial development of its first medical device — Vent2Cool, with a view to marketing by 2028.

This financing is a key step for ORIXHA, which should enable it to carry out the first demonstration in humans of the safety and performance of the liquid ventilation technology developed and to validate its industrial strategy.

Through this intervention, FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY reinforces its position as a leading player in private equity transactions. The firm is thus once again demonstrating its expertise in this sector and in advising companies with high development potential.
