Biography

I joined the Firm with ten years of experience in Paris and abroad as part of the Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate team of a leading French business firm.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, I work for French and international clients on small & mid-cap transactions (M&A, joint ventures, leveraged transactions, LBO, development capital, venture capital) as well as advising investors (investment funds, family office) as well as companies or managers.

I have thus developed a particular experience in management packages, cross-border transactions, LBOs and distressed M&A, cases in which I favour negotiation and always maintain a pragmatic and rational approach in the best interests of my clients.

• Graduated from EM Lyon (PGE 1999)
• Master's degree in business law, with a focus on business law and taxation, from Lyon III University
