Biography

Admitted to the Bar since 2006, Anne Taillefer works in real estate law, in particular in commercial leases. She assists a clientele of lessors and lessees in the audit, negotiation, drafting and management of their rental contracts on all types of assets (ground floor businesses, warehouses, business premises, offices, tourist residences), as well as in the judicial or amicable settlement of all disputes during the lease or during the return of premises (including ICPE). It operates in Paris as well as in Lyon and its region.

She joined the Lyon office of FIDUCIAL LEGAL by LAMY in 2020 after having worked for 12 years in Paris in firms is active in commercial leases, bringing her expertise, solid experience in both advice and litigation, as well as her knowledge of the market and Parisian players.

Thanks to her training in business law and international management, she offers a transversal and pragmatic approach, integrating economic issues into her daily practice.

She hosts breakfasts on current topics, and training courses. She is the instigator and the referent of the “Commercial Leases” working group of the Real Estate Commission of the Lyon Bar, which meets monthly to learn about jurisprudential developments, implement best practices, exchange views with invited speakers, and reflect on how to anticipate future developments in commercial leases in a pragmatic and agile way.
