‍Responsibility of the hosts, the end has no end

In a judgment of January 15, 2025, the Court of Cassation specified the contours of the responsibility of content hosts, by affirming that contractual obligations more stringent than those provided for by the Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN) may be imposed on them.
