The 2023 edition of the Labor Code has 3804 pages. The entrepreneur of SMEs, who is rarely a lawyer in social law, does not always have the material time (and the desire) to make this code his bedside book. This is understandable, especially when one knows that not all the provisions of the Labour Code are always subject to sanctions if they are not respected.
