In the event of the implementation by the buyer of late penalties, it is first of all necessary to determine how to calculate these penalties over time by answering certain questions: what is the starting point of the deadline for applying these penalties, what are the days counted...? The buyer must then apply the contractually established formula to calculate the amount of late penalties.
