Les Aubergistes Lyonnais, created in 1966 by the Renart family, now managed by Loïc Renart (3th family generation) and specialized in urban hotels and restaurants, entrusts a minority part of its capital to Esprit de France, a subsidiary of Compagnie Lebon.
This transaction also allows the Lyonnais hotel group, the first French group to become a company with a mission in this field of activity, to organize the liquidity of its investors present since 2017 (Bpifrance Investissement and Extendam) and the pursuit of its development, in particular through an upgrade of some of its establishments.
The arrival of Esprit de France as a partner makes it possible to associate two groups that share a similar entrepreneurial and family DNA, and to allow them to benefit from cross-skills in order to support their respective growth.
