The law firm FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY assisted the CYRUS Group in the context of its acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of the innovative management company ALTIXIA REIM.

Created in 2015, the asset management company ALTIXIA REIM, chaired by Ms. Sonia FENDLER, manages more than 120 million euros in consumer assets by offering packages reserved for professionals or informed customers (OPPCI, club deals, SAS, etc.) and funds adapted to individuals (SCPI and OPCI). The dynamic and innovative management company acts in total independence in the choice of investments and has expertise in value creation made accessible to individuals.

As part of the acceleration of its development strategy, the CYRUS Group, a leader in wealth management consulting, has just finalized its acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of ALTIXIA REIM. The transaction, approved by the Financial Markets Authority, thus allows the CYRUS Group to complete its real estate offer with that of ALTIXIA REIM, in particular on funds that have taken steps to acquire the SRI label.

This operation allows the CYRUS Group to have a very complete real estate offer composed of real estate funds and structured club deals offered by its management company ETERNAM and intended for private management clients, and consumer funds managed by ALTIXIA REIM.

Through this transaction, FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY reinforces its position as a leading player in mergers and acquisitions and consolidation transactions in rapidly developing sectors.
