An agreement has been reached between the WiiSmile group and Eurazeo in order to carry out an LBO transaction allowing Eurazeo to become the majority shareholder of the group by investing an amount of more than 70 million euros. NextStage AM and the management team composed of Sylvain Bianchini, Brice Bonnaigue and Jérôme Bourdon also participate in the operation and remain in the capital as minority shareholders.

Thanks to a sales force widely deployed in France, WiiSmile quickly became a leader in its field and now addresses a market of more than 400,000 SMEs and SMEs by providing them with tools and services for recruiting, motivating and retaining their employees (cultural advantages, online training catalog, reduced price offers available to a vast network of partner sellers, etc.).
The combination of the investment of Eurazeo and NextStage AM will propel the acceleration of WiiSmile's development among new customers and will promote its long-term capacity for innovation.
