Thibaud Sebbar

Biography

Thibaud Sebbar joined the Public Law 2 division, led by Walter Salamand. He works in public procurement, public economic law and administrative law, supporting public and private actors in their projects and disputes related to public contracts, economic regulations and relationships with the administration.

Thanks to his background in public business law, he has an in-depth approach to issues related to public procurement, concessions and administrative contracts, allowing him to effectively advise his clients in a secure environment that complies with regulatory requirements.
