My experience is the result of an atypical career, which first led me to start a business in the events and hotel and catering sector (for which my training was intended for me), before then making the decision to reorient my career, to adopt the profession of lawyer.
I took the oath at the end of 2019, after several years rich in lessons, in particular within the DJCE Magistère de LYON, which allowed me to benefit from transversal training in business law.
I now work as a Lawyer, Counsel, specializing in dispute resolution.
I advise, assist and represent companies and their managers in all areas that constitute the practice of business litigation (contractual disputes, unfair competition, technical litigation, enforcement proceedings, etc.), with a focus on disputes involving company law (equity litigation, shareholder disputes, etc.), all of this, both in the pre-litigation and/or amicable phase, and in the judicial phase.
