Lawyer, Counsel
Emmanuelle BRET
Counsel lawyer, I assist public and private project developers in the regulatory framework of their development operations.
Having acquired more than 20 years of experience in banking litigation, I take charge and manage procedures on behalf of banking institutions, in the context of, on request, complex or atypical recovery actions (in particular with the implementation of guarantees and real estate foreclosure procedures) and, in defense, in defense, on the occasion of liability actions (contestation of financing arrangements, failure to comply with obligations to provide information, on guard and vigilance, etc.).
I also work in insolvency proceedings alongside credit institutions.
I am concerned to provide a legal response adapted to the case concerned, in order to be effective.
