Biography

I support public and private project developers in the regulatory framework of their development operations: study of the feasibility of the project, assistance with a view to the evolution of the urban planning document, analysis of the regulatory constraints applicable to the project (public participation procedures, environmental assessment, implementation of pre-emption and expropriation procedures).

I also assist my clients in defending the administrative acts composing and marking the development of projects (urban planning authorization, urban planning document, DUP, etc.).

I also work in environmental law with industrial and real estate clients in the context of site sales/acquisitions transactions (audit of the installation under urban planning and environmental law, waste management, compliance of classified installations, etc.).

I am committed to establishing a partnership relationship with my customers, based on trust and exchange, in order to secure their projects.
