Biography

Having dedicated my professional practice to banking and financial institutions, I support them, with my team, on all the legal issues they face, both in advice (structuring complex financing and taking guarantees, negotiations in the framework of amicable procedures) and in litigation (whether in defense or in procedures tending to the judicial recovery of debts).

I joined the Firm's Banking and Finance department 10 years ago.

I am specialized in banking law and financing, with particular expertise in banking litigation. I provide my clients with strategic advice and tailored solutions in the most complex aspects of financial transactions and resulting disputes.

I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from the structuring of complex financing to the management of bank disputes. This experience allowed me to develop a thorough understanding of the regulatory and financial issues facing credit and financial institutions.
