It is aimed both at debtors whose company is in difficulty, at their creditors who will be subject to collective discipline in order to safeguard the company or its liquidation as well as to employees whose employment and the payment of wages are at risk.

The book is up to date with the latest developments and in particular with the first case law decisions relating to procedures with classes of affected parties.
