Cyril VANCRAEYNEST works in the tax law department alongside the two partners Hugues MARTIN and Benjamin LAFAYE.
Holder of a double master's degree in Tax Law (University of Burgundy) and Real Estate and Heritage Law (University of Lyon III), Cyril was sworn in in 2015 and joined FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY in April 2018 in Lyon in April 2018 in Lyon before joining the Parisian tax team a year later.
He provides both advice and litigation to companies and their managers. He therefore regularly advises groups of companies in the context of their restructuring and acquisition or sale transactions. He also has solid experience in tax control and litigation, supporting taxpayers on a daily basis in their relationships with the administration.
