After seven years with the firm, Julien, who was appointed Counsel in 2021, joined Éric Baroin, Julien HOLLIER, Misha RAZNATOVICH and Christel GOMEZ and became the fifth partner in a booming Corporate — Private Equity — M&A team to which he will bring his particular experience in the sectors of new technologies, video games, and life sciences.

About Julien GRUYS
Holder of Masters in Law and Financial Engineering and in Business Law and Taxation as well as the DJCE, Julien GRUYS has been a lawyer at the Lyon bar since 2013.
After an initial experience in business law in a leading French firm, Julien joined FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY in 2015. During his career, Julien has developed extensive expertise in Private Equity (venture capital, development capital, LBO), M&A and corporate law (group restructuring).
