VITACUIRE, created in 1952 by Emile Krief and managed today by Anthony Krief (3th family generation) following the managerial transfer made since 2022 by Jean-Yves Krief, a leader in the manufacture of frozen products mainly based on puff pastry (aperitifs, individual starters, snacks...) entrusts a minority part of its capital to ALTIS Capital, via the regional capital development fund FAB AURA-BFC.
This operation, intermediated by Crédit Agricole MidCap Advisors, allows VITACUIRE to organize the liquidity of its investors present since 2018 (FRI Auvergne Rhône-Alpes 1, Rhône Dauphiné DéVELOPPEMENT and Esfin Participations) and to ensure the financing of the strategic plan led by Anthony KRIEF.
FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY, , which has been supporting VITACUIRE and the management family for several years, is taking advantage of this transaction to reinforce its position as a leading player in the context of the operations of private equity.
